Who We Are

Helping Kids to Recover, Inc. (HKR) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit community based organization that is certified by the State of California Department of Alcohol and Drug programs. We offer free outpatient intervention services designed to meet the needs of at-risk-youth age 12 to 21. Our success is to improve the lives of at-risk-youth and their families. We build collaboration in order to develop partnerships with Local School Districts, Probation Department, Youth Centers, Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Department of Mental Health, in an effort to direct the lives of our youth.
